Fire Roasted Red Pepper Soup

2 large tomatoes, halved
4 fire roasted pepers
1 cup coconut milk
4 leaves fresh basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
Blend tomatoes, red peppers, coconut milk, fresh basil, and garlic powder in hi-speed blender( vitamix, blend-tec, nutribullet) . Blend until hot 5-6 minutes. Top with pepitas and fresh basil and a splash of coconut cream.
